Financial Overview
 
The Group has performed consistently over recent years.   Performance has been stable reflecting a policy of sustained profit generation combined with cautious year on year growth.

In May 2006 the restructuring of the businesses equity interests ensured a continuing policy of sustainability together with a strong balance sheet.

The results for the past five years are shown in the table to the right.  The result for 2006 represents the period May to December since the management buy out occurred.  Full year turnover for the Group in 2006 was £178m.
