Bell Projects operate under a variety of contract forms, carrying out new build, refurbishment and fitting out projects.

Under new leadership in 2006 the business has set out to concentrate on three specific sectors: 

  • Education
  • Residential
  • Leisure/Hotels

Bell Projects has also undertaken a number of internally financed development projects for the construction of Commercial, Retail and Residential properties. Such developments  complement the other core activities of the company.

Bell Projects' origins date back to 1890 when Arthur Bell set up as a general builder in the City of London. The business was incorporated in 1946 as A Bell & Son (Paddington) Ltd and was acquired by Doyle Plc in 1990, changing its name to Bell Projects in 1995.

Turnover in 2008 is expected to exceed £30m.
