An Oxford graduate Stephen started his working life with J Sainsbury Ltd as a fast track graduate management trainee before joining Doyle Plc in 1988. As a main board member Stephen has been involved in all aspects of developing the business over the past 19 years including acquisitions, externalisations and privatisations prior to the 1999 demerger of Accord Plc which he managed.

His role as the Group Company Secretary and Director covers all aspects of legal, insurance, HR and property.
