Richard is a qualified accountant with experience in the housing, civil engineering and construction sectors. Initially Richard worked for Abbey Homes and John Laing before joining Jarvis plc in 2000. Richard joined Doyle Plc in 2006 as part of the MBO team. In the past six years Richard has had particular exposure to the PFI, PPP and corporate finance sectors and was the founder of iPFI.

His role in the group covers finance, development and the future growth of iPFI.
